- what is the icon set that you have for your dock?
- where can i find the battery percentage widget on your desktop?
- what theme are you using/and or what version of OS X are you on? is this SL?
- does this theme come with the updated finder icon in the menubar? if not how can i get mine to look like that?

lots of questions

1) It's not an icon set, its a mix of several individual icons and some from different sets
2) Yahoo Widgets for Mac
3) 10.6.7 just normal, the theme is on Iconpaper
4) I'm assuming you mean the Finder icon in the dock, that's just an individual icon which you can find on WeLoveIcons. You need candybar.app to change the finder icon.
